Calendly: when you book an operations audit, Calendly shares your name, email, and scheduling details with us

We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number. Payment data is transmitted directly to and stored by our payment processor in encrypted form. We receive only transaction confirmation details (amount, date, last four digits of card) for our billing records.

Your data is stored on secure servers operated by our service providers (including hosting, email, and cloud storage providers). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Client data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 3 years for accounting and legal compliance
Prospect data (audit inquiries that did not convert): retained for 12 months, then deleted
Website analytics data: retained for 26 months
