  • Payment processors: Stripe and/or PayPal share transaction confirmation details (but not your full credit card number) with us

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver our services, including managed operations, consulting, and project-based work

  • Process payments and manage billing

  • Communicate with you about your account, services, and support requests

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We will never do this.

3. Payment Information

We use third-party payment processors (Stripe and/or PayPal) to handle all credit card and payment transactions. These processors are PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification.

We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number. Payment data is transmitted directly to and stored by our payment processor in encrypted form. We receive only transaction confirmation details (amount, date, last four digits of card) for our billing records.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers operated by our service providers (including hosting, email, and cloud storage providers). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

  • Client data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 3 years for accounting and legal compliance

  • Prospect data (audit inquiries that did not convert): retained for 12 months, then deleted

  • Website analytics data: retained for 26 months

6. Data Sharing

We share your information only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary to deliver our services:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) — for billing and transaction processing

  • Cloud service providers (Google Workspace, hosting providers) — for data storage and email

  • Scheduling tools (Calendly) — for audit booking management

  • Pod team members — client operational data is shared with assigned Pod operators to deliver the service

We require all third-party service providers to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with applicable law. We do not allow them to use your data for their own purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
