The execution engine of Opevion. Deep expertise in ecommerce operations, Shopify ecosystem engineering, apparel product development, AI automation, and brand-to-market delivery. Takes brands from concept to revenue — and builds the systems to do it faster next time. The person who builds and connects every tool inside the Pod.
Data & Integrity Lead
The person who makes sure every piece of data in your operation is accurate, organised, and where it needs to be. Manages content workflows, product data integrity, listing accuracy, and the documentation layer that keeps the Pod running cleanly. When your Monday dashboard shows the right numbers — that's her work underneath it.
CX & Retention Lead
The front line of your customer experience. Manages customer communications across every channel, tracks resolution timelines, and ensures every inquiry is handled within SLA.
